Sometimes the company can't take care of it easily. Canadian regulators are getting very antsy about the otcbb. There is a news item about it on the otc site that says regulations are getting tighter north of the border about otc stocks. Could be a reason why the merger is slow as the company is registered in Alberta, Canada. Another good reason to get off the otc. $1500 in sales and the price drops 30%. That you again guardian picking off the crippled shares?
