I wouldn't get my hopes up about anything positive comming out of the ProGas litigation. Judging by the last financial statement thingy they put out, PA and the gang certainly didn't seem confident of any positive legal developments in regard to that division. That's just my take, I certainly wouldn't mind being proven wrong.
I called the pit today. They are still not selling any product out of there. They have become very guarded about answering questions. They told me last week that someone would have to call me back to even say weather they are open or not. Sounds like you pesky phone callers are getting on peoples nerves down there (you know who you are).
