Di, I talked with the company a couple days ago. They told me the reason they can not do the funding with IFG at the current moment is because the SEC shot it down. The company while on the greys can not do funding like this for what ever reason, per the SEC? They were told by the SEC they first had to be listed on the OTCBB, then they could pursue the funding. Mr. Wirtz told me that IFG was not out of the picture for the future. They had to amend the SB-2 to clear this issue up for the meantime.
