Hello boyz and girls, I seem to recall a discussion on this thread previously about intuition. I had a very interesting evening tonight and was convinced that such a phenomenom was not only possible but probably a reality.
Intuition, a gut feeling, ESP... we ALL have it to one degree or another. My grandmother was a seventh daughter of a seventh daughter born with a veil (an amniotic bag I'm assuming) over her head. Irish folklore takes all these things very seriously but I never did.
A few years ago I undertook a study of "synchonicty" If my memory serves me the coin was termed by Carl Jung. It means "meaningful coincidence". It was interesting that the more I read about the subject the more frequently that synchronistic
events occurred.
Three such examples have happened to me in the past 2 days. One was my inquiry to McBride and Assoc about WLDC. I've left it alone since puchasing it and one day after calling the PR firm I find out it's now reverse splitting at 1/30. Tonight my husband and I went out shopping (I didn't want to go but he made me) En route we noticed a sign that touted a business that a friend of ours was in and I commented that we hadn't heard from him in a long time and we should call him. We also discussed the fact that we hadn't heard from our son in a while and should call him as well.
When we got home there were messages on our answering machines from both of these people.
Coincidence? Synchronicty? "I do believe in spooks, I do believe..." BdM
