Actually, the company originally said R/M would be completed by the end of this week. See test interview which was submitted to EDS on Friday 11/30. It CEO stated R/M would be completed within 2 weeks which would mean by this Friday.

Then news last week stated "within next 10 days" which could mean yet this week but probably is prepping us for any delays which might hold it up until next week.

Either way, it really doesn't matter.
