Who knows if Oily knows anything, BUT, Its no secret that XOM likes to be the operator of its blocks. The only way anything makes sense is if XOM takes out AXC, thus giving them operatorship of other blocks (and by extension, ERHC would be taken out I would think).

But who knows anything. BTW, don't we have a CC coming up soon?
