you mean to say no dillution in the registered stock - Facts show DLAV has a few BILLION unregistered shares leaking from offshore into the market. One thing I have learned > when you see BILLIONS of shares unregistered and the stock is on RegSHO short list - Watch out some entity offshore is trying to make a kiling , shorted the top , will run it all way back down before doing to again and again.

You keep saying TOTAL O/S is like 70million - we have trades going off that would REQUIRE SCHD13 to be filed (3.5milion is 5%) > NO WAY flippers traded 10x the total OS in 3 weeks. Sorry but it just cant happen. Flippers galore over and over still not going to happen.
