Almost forgot....have an idea w/re to the monthly competitions....how about this as more of a long term incentive in addition to the monthly winner...why not take an ave over a 3-4 month timeframe...the one who has the overall highest roi over the long haul wins somethin?

Seems to me it's far more important to consistently place high each month.....if anything, it might make one think a lil harder about goin for broke at the EOM....especially if they have a steady positive monthly roi.
