Preferred calculation:

Lets say someone got a million shares a year back. Then Pearl gave X/Y, a billion shares of preferred for a million of commons.

Now she reverses these billion by 7 million, just two months back and now X/Y, has 1 billion/7 million, something like 142 shares.

She reverses again tomorrow those 142 by 75 and now our X/Y are going to get 1.89 shares of ZNXTP. Now, what in the hell, are X/Y supposed to do with those 1.89 shares of preferreds?

Only one thing can be done with them... Call brokerages and ask them to write them off to dustbin..... or wait for pearl to pull another stunt and forward split them by 1000 shortly in a couple of months and then conversion of those (1.89 x 1000) to commons @ 1000 per preferred. All can be done because now she holds enough preffereds too..

If your head is already not spinning, then, you are the target for pearl. Instead of reading the symbol of ZNXT, we should ask, ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ, what next???

GL, bliss
