We have speculated plenty about COPI's reluctance to issue PRs. I don't mind their reticence nearly as much as some do. In my experience, when these pennies start issuing PRs, it's because they want to sell more shares. No "news" is good news, as far as I'm concerned. I prefer to let the SEC filings do the talking. But that's just me. I understand why some penny investors like to have their hands held, and like to see a lot of news and lots of volume. I kinda like it that our management prefers to keep their heads down. I don't mind their quietude; as long as the earnings keep rising, the stock PPS will, too. I don't normally sit long in these pennies. This one, I don't mind so much--mainly because they don't pump.

One good thing about low volume, low interest, low news is that you can keep a lowball bid in, and get a good fill when somebody gets fed up, bored, or broke, and dumps. Great way to accumulate. Just keep bidding down there somewhere, and before you know it, you'll have a double. Pretty cool way to sneak up on some money, IMO.

A good bottom's hard to beat.
