I would think there are potential master distributors lined up to take on the Teleblock line... CCI would not want to bite the Verisign hand that feeds them by adding others.. I'm also confident that Verisign realizes what a nice monopoly they currently have with Teleblock and as well doesn't want to bite the COPI hand that feeds them.. this is the perfect business arrangement in my opinion... no competition so Verisign doesn't have to become price competitive with other Teleblock carriers!
