OH great enlightened one.. Question please? Since we know the o/s is 824 mil why is it still refered to as 732 mil. Wouldn't it be better to refer only to to 824, wait for the amendment and no give ammo to the nay sayers.. Because when the amended comes all they will hang on is " I TOLD YA SO "
then we will have to listen to that for several days.
