hi, threebabiesbusy -- yes, we do. in that calculation i added more than 5M shares to the OS for acquisitions. you'll notice that every deal is structured a bit differently -- in the case of electrowave, for example, their shares are performance based and will be granted over a period of years. we've also noted in the past that as the stock price goes up we'll have more buying power per share as well.

pushing this out several years it's possible we could see a $1B company with an OS of ~200M shares. that might yield a pps of ~$20 or so, depending on margins and the multiple used. so as you can see, when the deals are accretive the OS can increase and yet we still have dramatic upside potential. jmho.
