I am going to get this off my chest because it has been bugging me ever since I saw the last Form 144 filling for Barry (the Iceman) which showed he sold his shares in his Roth IRA - on 11/1. Why does someone sell at $2 from a long term account, unless they expect the price to go lower.

Call me a Machavellian thinker but I think IceMan is behind the slide in the share price. I look at every form 144 filing IM made over the last 7 months. He knew where every peak was. IM made the announcement on Thursday morning that he thought the stock would slide to .90. Essentially creating a fear causing selling. If he and others are working behind the scean to get a "billionaire" investor involved, then wouldn't he/they work to push the share price down to set a low pp for investor entry. Keep in mind he would also receive tons of shares, or warrants, for helping to negotiate such a deal - and those prices would also be priced at the lower pp.

Iceman doesn't make a cent off a retail investor. He gets paid by investors/lenders/ companies for putting deals together. The question is, "Who else is involved?" and "What price are they trying to drive this down to?"

Just my thought. I hope I am wrong!
