They have not over issued their O/S shares. They have 194mm O/S and 200mm authorized.

I got the A&B's myself from the SEC filings, as amended - pretty easy to get, and I've been reviewing them myself. They were filed in a 10Q a ways back. From my read, we need >50% of the O/S to remove the BOD. That's ~100MM shares. I can tell you that the phones have been ringing off the hook with very large shareholders wanting the BOD gone and pledging their shares to Turrini. I am trying to ID and gather the retail shareholders to add to that pile (and thanks for the help by the way).
