Sort of, what I am trying to understand is if they have raised M2 3-5 times after 2003 like they say they have then why has their dinar increased 70%. It doesn't make sense. Unless there is some type of plan or they are not reporting real numbers. I'm just looking at reality on this issue. We all know what REAL dilution does. REAL dilution has decreased the dong but so called REAL dilution has increased the dinar. There is a huge contradiction here.
