You could apply that in any way. Large institutions and individuals can do the same thing via placements and PP shares/warrants with KCL. I have been in juniors that have gotten caught up in this. Can anyone say Canaccord? Short the tar out of a stock that you know is going to be coming to the market for finances so that you can participate and get cheapies.

I try not to blind myself to the merits or other equities just because I think a certain one has more potential.
