The deal with Acacia was public record since we saw the contract in the court documents. This attempted firing of Turrini is being done because he will not play ball with Carlos Mendoza. Mendoza wanted all the money from the Acaia deal and any other deal to be run through Nicaragua. Turrini said no so, for Mendoza, Turrini had to go. In the end, Carlos Mendoza would suck all of the money out of Calypso and the share holders would be left with nothing except worthless paper. If Turrini can remove the puppet BOD, Calypso can have a future.
