Why do you call “junk” my consideration regarding R/S.
Why do you say I “make things worse”? I don’t make things worse, but Tom does!
Obviously, Tom wants to move to big boards.
The current O/S is close to 1B. The market cap of this stock could be $50M at most. It means the pps can't go higher than 5c. Can you go to big boards with 5c per share? I don't think so... The only solution would be a R/S to reduce the number of shares and increase the pps.
It’s a very common solution and not a junk at all.
