100M+ shares gives him control, no question. 999,999,999 may or may not give him a majority. Do you know how many outstanding shares are out there as of today? You don't. All you know is that 6 months ago there were just under 190M shares and the company has been spinning out shares like they are candy. No the problem is likely that they have no more shares, ie-200,000,000 shares are outstanding.

Just what do you think Turrini was going to use to pay for those patents?

AND, as you should know, any outstanding share not produced in proxy, is an automatic vote in favor of the current BOD.

What's to keep the Board from issuing x amount of shares tomorrow to , say, Cheryl Dotson, for her continuing hard work.
