"All I know is they are both grossly undervalued."

I think that is the thing to keep in the headlights. Tackler mentioned the dearth of competing plays on the KCL board which is very much a point to keep in focus. The API IPO will be telling. If they pull off the IPO at the current price without tankage in the first month what does it say about ALM, BLR, KCL, and to a lesser degree some of these smaller companies? Undervalued? The only question to consider there is what is value. I know some guys who get off on cash flow. To them these things wouldn't even raise their collective pulse. I get off on unrealized potential and I bet most of you do too. These things have enormous potential without any question and as I have thought about it today it is possible that KCL has the best unrealized potential as it controls its own destiny. As long as management is better than just competent and their interest aligned with ours then who could ask for more? The trick with these guys is getting that potential realized. ALM is choosing to go with a big partner which is certainly a reasonable and safe way to go about it. KCL is going to try and spin it up themselves it would appear at this time. Bigger risk but probably a bigger payout if successful.

These are exciting plays. If the respective management teams execute then we will all look back and realize how undervalued they really were.
