adam, once BCIT issues all the shares to cover all the shares that are outstanding, there is no reason for them no to be able to trade after the proper filings have been submitted. Problem is, once they issue those shares, it appears they are pretty much taking care of all the NSS on the market, which inn essence, pardons those who perpatrated the NSS. If you have been following this from the start, that is what the DTCC seemed to want from then. Screw the shareholders and protect the illegal NSS'rs
