i have not read back too far but are you asking for a good broker that will let you buy paim?

amtd locked paim out so i had to open etrade, i have had NO problems with them.. so far.. yet i hear a merge may happen or did with amtd? dont know, dont care,, for now, ,you can freely buy and sell paim.

etrade lets you make decisions with your money where amtd makes decisions for you causing me to miss the summer paim spike.
