Carlos controls several of the offshore corps that hold big positions in this company.

If you add them up there is 40m to 50m shares, then add the 27m that the BOD gave him in the second Q from the conversion of notes. The BOD back dated his conversion to the 4Q so he was able to convert at .03

Those shares will be lock up very soon for a investiation

without those shares Carlos only controls 25-30% of the company based on 190m outstanding

he is going down not only will he loose his shares he will face criminal actions
