Somebody needs to obtain a copy of the Articles of Incorporation and the Bylaws (A&B).
There are a lot of people, including me, who want the BOD replaced. It is not that hard to do once you get the roadmap. And the roadmap is the A&B.
Given the sentiment and what appears to be the amount of shares behind that sentiment, it is almost a slam dunk. GET the A&B"s.
Just who do you think picked Zapata and Moran as directors anyway?

Listen people, the shareholders control the board who controls the company, NOT MENDOZA. Unless Mendoza controls more than 100M shares, and it appears he is well less than 1/10th that.
And time to audit all of the investor money that flowed into ATEL, the wholly owned subsidiary of Calypso owned and controlled by Mendoza (we are talking tens of millions of $'s.) Of course that money disappeared on plant and equipment that never produced anything and R&D that produced the C1250i "revolutionary" phone that never worked.
THIS IS ALL ABOUT MENDOZA. HE TRIED TO KILL THE COMPANY ONCE BUT TURRINI SAVED IT. NOW HE IS TRYING AGAIN. WHY???
Possible reasons:
1) He has been skimming Millions of shareholder dollars and he needs to sever the chain that leads to him.
2) Calypso settled with Daic but not Mendoza. Mendoza is on the hook for his misdeeds to Daic. Mendoza needs to kill the company so that Daic can get the patent to let him off the hook.
3) He simply wants all benefit of the patent so that he can license it and continue to skim funds from ATEL/Calypso
4) He wants to dump the shareholders now that he has taken all of their money and keep it for himself.
AND Cheryl Dotson is the worst. Our newest board member. What a scumbag. She offers up Turrini to Mendoza on trumped up charges and is rewarded with a directorship and 400K shares minimum.
