I was up until late last night doing DD as well. This is a great situation to be in. Since they won the GE arbitration case it now confirms their 50% ownership. Maybe they do not have to issue any more shares, they can use that money to pay off the debtors.
Does anyone know what GE Sea Co's revenues and cash flows look like? That plus the assets alone have to be pretty huge. They filed for C11 protection because they couldn't repay a $115 million bond? Peanuts...
Plus an older article states $650 million in debt. Take SIRI, they sport a $5 billion market cap, have $800 million in TTM revenues and have 1.3 BILLION in debt. I know they are a different kind of company but it shows companies can operate with huge debt on the books.
