1)I was an investor in GTEC, that had a very similar business model before their own reverse merger. My only regret with them was not buying more shares before the RM. Do any of you think this company will undergo a reverse merger of its own in the future? Where do you see this company in 5 years? 10 years? I have my doubts as to the long term sustainability of the current business model, but am definately willing to go all in if they might go through a reverse merger themselves.
2)I read somewhere that this company split from PRVH. Doesn't PRVH have a similar business madel? What was the reason for the split?
3) When I google this company, almost every entry is by or from a stock pumper of some sort that's been paid in free shares. How much dilution do you think we will see in this company? Do they plan to stop using stock pump and dump websites? GTEC used a stock pumper, but just one or two...this company seems to be going crazy with them.
If any of the longs out there can address these concerns of mine, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks to all
