More than anything else, that is the reason I sold.

I "think" Wilf is allowing his restricted shares to be borrowed and sold. Or saying he is giving them back to the company, and then the comapny is sellign them. Without registering them, and that means they are still restricted. And that will draw a crowd of people with badges, IMO. I Hope I am wrong, but the numbers don't add up.

Try the SEC enforcement division. See if htey are interested.
