Just think about it...in less than three months there have been three additions to this shell. One was expected (Wisebuys), but Hackett's and this undisclosed one within a month or two of each other!

I don't know how many of you are into M&A (mergers and acquisitions), but this type of stuff does not usually happen within a month's time. Take a look at some of the other stocks on here and see if even one of the promises made for a merger or acquisition has come through in the last six months, let alone one.

And guess what boys and girls, these acquisitions cost money!!! YA is not dealing with a asset-less, going concern here... They are dealing with an up and comer, and you will see the financing terms of each successive acquisition get better and better.

Just compare the previous Cornell inherited debt with this one...
