I ask again due to the possible R/S. The total outstanding was over a billion shares. That existed prior to the last shareholder meeting that gave insiders the 100-1 option on perferred shares. WAS THAT LEGAL IF WE ALL HELD SHARES AT THAT TIME? This filing says they want a meeting ASAP after these filings are complete which they are legally obligated to do with shareholders to discuss doing a R/S and getting us out of the picture.
