This conversion thing is getting ridiculous. I believe we as shareholders should get together and see if there is any legal grounds to sue this company.

After all we made our investment decisions based on the company reports which are apparently based on lies. If the conversion had taken place as expected at the end of 2006 or early 2007 we as shareholders would have had the opportunity to sell GBRC stock when it hit 5.

I am wondering if anybody out there can tell me if we can sue this company for misdirecting shareholders?? any lawyers out there that can tell me if we could/should proceed?? anybody out there that is interested in a class action status??
