The desire to cash out is understandable for the Bills but not neccesarily for stockholders. Look at this like a baby about ready to crawl. The first contract and the rugrat is scurrying about. The stock may hit 10. But how long does it take for a baby to get its feet under them and be motoring fast enough that you have to hurry to chase them down. The first contract will prove (or disprove) product market viability. With positive results this stock could motor right away from what appears in the short term to be a terrific buy out offer. Afterall why would there be an offer with a 50% premuim for instance unless the expected value was indeed signifigently higher. Selling out at 15 might look pretty stupid if a year later the value would be at that or higher. Then a buyout offer would need to be over 20. If the Bills tired of the daily grind they might step aside and bring in a management team to increase the company value before selling out early and in hindsight cheap.
