It is a turd. nothing good can be construed out of this other than someone is trying to take over.
And redo everything. In the end if they reissued the stock they would dilute us all down to nothing. Or worse get the Patent, sell it to a new company, and screw all of us.
Face it no one who can enforce anything cares or is paying attention.
This is all looking purely criminal and power play. Someone before speculated something lie this happening.
Like the company would lose the only thing it has, the patent, and the crooks would move ti somewhere where they had it clear and free.
These previous regime was the one thatissued all the false PRs etc...
Now they are back in control.
Spin that? No. It is what it is. They were inept at anythign other than issuing false PRs and pumping the price of the stock.
In essence screwing anyone and everyone.
They don't care about anyone or anything. If the Patent was valid and deals valid there would have been enough money for everyone.
If Turrini succeeded it still made those guys rich and validated their original position.
None of this makes since at all. These guys can't all of a sudden find some morals in a Crack Jack box and act all holy about Turrini and the Stock.
There is NO VALID reason fr this to happne especially not now. Unless NOW was fabricated.
