the negative i don't like is the debt, will they have to dilute shares to pay it off? Any thoughts on the negative aspect.

facts:
The unaudited balance sheet as of 10/31/07 shows total assets of $408 million and total liabilities of $635 million. It should be noted that SCR's interest in GESeaco is listed at $222 million.
