Scottrade has given me the same old DTC global lock/freeze excuse over and over again. Would it serve any beneficial purpose for me to file an SEC complaint over the DTC global lock/freeze excuse that ST gives me time and time again? ST did tell me in an email a couple months back that my shares are legal, fwiw.
