All we can do is speculate as to the ramifications of this. No one likes to see the price go down, but it is only down 2 cents on some potenially very volatile news (at least so far :).

Here is some speculation for discussion. Turrini has been trying to diminish and/or even remove altogether any influence Carlos Mendoza has for a while now. Carlos is not going down without a fight. If I were him, I certainly would not.

There was mention on a post that Turrini wanted to have a special shareholder meeting to change the BOD. Could it be Carlos is pulling (or trying to pull a power play) here. Obviously Turrini and Mendoza are on very opposite ends here.

Whatever is going on here in this soap opera, we can only speculate. I would argue that there would not be a "range war" going on unless there was something big at stake, or else why bother wasting your time with, as some people call, "a scam company". I think that there is a whole lot to gain, which means there is a whole lot to lose, and that is at the root of what is going on here. IMHO.
