What difference does this make?

These are important to me:

1.Share price is falling.
2.We dont know the true intentions why the BOD terminate Turrini.
3.The patent still belongs to Daic.
4.The settlement agreement is unknown
5.We don't know the status of NSN field trials
6.We don't know if Acacia deal is still on.
