He said he the 8k is false. He had BOD approval to do the deals with Baxter and Voice and has proof of that. He said there were no other infractions (notice the 8k did not list them). He said it's just a power play by Mendoza who wants all the credit for Acacia, NSN, etc for himself.

I know Mendoza resents the fact that Turrini has turned the company around and is getting all the credit. Mendoza has a huge ego and can't take the fact that someone other than him is making Calypso hugely successful. So Mendoza wants a CEO that will give him all the credit, so he brings in Shilling who was the CEO a while back under Mendoza. Mendoza controls one of the BOD members and apparently talked the other one into agreeing to the 8k.

Shilling is not a dumb guy and he will get stuff done and the company will be successful if that's the way it plays out. It's just a shame that Turrini has to put up with this BS.

He said he's got many options to fight this, one of which is to call a SHM to oust the BOD idiots (my word).
