cannot understand that language but i am really not understanding the .045 when we have a proposed buyout. what is going on with this compaNY....... It is just sad and apparently they want everybody to sink and then they will buy the company that way they don't have as many people to pay and that is what i am going to be telling everybody if the price does not go back up to at least around 8-10 cents with the news,,, sopmething funky is going on and possibly even fraudelent. but i am going to tell this they are lowing the price due to the buyout and if the share price is low people will buy and then some person within the buyout company will start or start buying up all the shares so they donnot have worry about all of us LOYAL SHAREHOLDERS....

this is my dd and my opinion and pleae due your own buying of the comapny..
