I also just learned of another rule that was new to me. When a company is buying their own stock at bid, they are not allowed to place a bid that is more than 10% higher than the next higher bid. I suppose many CEOs ignore this, but look at our L2. Aparently, a bunch of CEOs just received warning letters about this.
