Right, but he never said that anything was submitted to the auditors, management, principal shareholders, etc. Looks like careful language to me. Kinda like saying, "Once I win a million dollars, I will buy a new car." Well, I never actually said I bought the lotto ticket, and, without doing that step first, I can't actually win...so, it would be premature for my friend to say I was buying a new car "soon".
