If this goes to court I can't see how PTSC will lose. When the jury looks at all the companies that have signed already,they will know that the patent are real.
Nobody twisted these companies arms to pay. They could have refused to pay and wait out the trial,but they didn't.
I just can't understand why the SP lingers in these sub-penny range? The party or parties that's holding her down will end up like Transmeta. Coil the spring,bust their belt like what Trnasmeta (TMTA) did to those shorts.
