I think your post is valid and understood. I really wish you would have started there to begin with. Makes sense. From my understanding, the CEO is doing his best to make this a very successful company. Of course, no one wants to do CDs as a way of raising money, but he has come on board in the last year and is turning this company around. Hopefully he'll be retiring the debt. This CEO works damned hard and has spent every penny wisely in my opinion. They have developed a proprietary software product that has recently been launched and gaining market traction. He is very intent on increasing shareholder value.

I understand your hesitation based on your previous experiences in CDs, etc. But you may need to put them aside because I believe this company will do extremely well based on what I've seen thus far. All just my opinion. GLTA.
