JAY MAKES GREAT SENSE AS TO WHAT'S HAPPENING

We will be the last to know about contracts. If the meetings are going well and dealS are done, others know and we wait. wonder who is buying? My guess is the folks that know what's happened in russia.
Jay is the one who came up with this simple way of looking at what's happening.

I bet the buying is coming from information recieved from people who are/were at the conference and I bet stocktiger is buying too. He has not said one word yet. I bet he is buying and then he will update about nnrf and say something about nucap.

It also could be Hnipu in the U.S. and EC deals done and the buying is coming from that arena.

OR IS IT BOTH?????
