the jury is still out on this one seems they have burnt a lot of investors thus far including me. Let's hope they don't bend us over again with another reverse split.

We sit and wait for the pie in the sky and it is taking one hell of a long time.

I think you're a little high on how much they are going to pay for that company rev mean nothing if you not making a profit. The other company will benifit enough with 50 mil shares and wil also become a public company.
