Of course it's unnatural and it is what has kept Intel below 30 for so long.

Even though it's so simplistic as to be meaningless, taking your statement as a given you still haven't explained why this "unnatural" pricing is resulting in "anemic" desktop demand instead of a surge, which is what you predicted and have been claiming for 6 months. This in light of the fact that mobile pricing hasn't seen the same cuts, yet demand is surging.
