Just got off the phone with Dave Wange - CFO of Dealer Advance:

1) Everything mentioning Stronghold Technologies is worthless to current shareholders. Company went into Bankruptcy with their previous previous ticker. All of their stock was converted into DLAV active stock. Confirmed O/S: STILL 115 Million. I have confirmed this with their Legal Lawyer also ... because this is a PUBLICLY traded company with full financial s.

2) There aren't ANY unregistered securities floating around! All of that info was from Stronghold Technologies not DEALER ADVANCE. If people would read the 10Q they would realize Stronghold went bankrupt. We did NOT inherit their debt! They filed Chapter 7!!!!!!!

3) CONFIRMED: O/S: 115 Million ... NO DILUTION to this day.

4) Once again OLD company (Stronghold Technologies went into Chapter 7 ... everything that was talked about today was from Stronghold. NOT Dealer Advance)

5) Dave is a great guy. Look at his resume on LinkedIn ... he has morals as the company's CFO. He is a great guy ... THEY ARE NOT SCAMMING ANYONE!
