Could anybody please find out the actual share structure??

Are they diluting shares?

A stock is only worth what somebody else is willing to pay for it and I can't belief that anybody is willing to pay 4 USD in it's actual situation. This realy needs to become a reporting company. At the moment NWOL is helpless against speculators and MM.
