Go back they filed SB/2 - withdrew SB/S - SEC HAD HUGE LIST OF QUESTIONS - IT IS ON THE SEC WEBSITE FOR YOU TO READ

They REFILED AN amended SB/2 in attempt to register the 4.7 billion shares - now this week we see it was withdrew AGAIN becuase they CAN NOT answer the SEC questions.

Now the holders of these Unregistered shares - who NO DOUBT have hedged , shorted, underwrote them all offshore - were unregistered shares live very comfortabley....

Go back read the filings - THE MOST RECENT ONES - Then go back and look at the SB/s you will se the SEC commnets and questions. They should also upload some more here shortly.
