A reverse merger: could it be that that is the reason why Sandy had to make BKMP debt free? I guess it makes sense, as TFN would not be interested in merging with a company that has debts.
It would be an ideal gift to the loyal shareholders. In fact, it would probably the only thing that would get this moving considering the os. And if that would be the case, it would be true that you would get a hard time finding shares below 0.002.

However: Sandy said that a RM would not happen. The new CEO said he would be looking for new investments for BKMP. And why is webby not buying if he knows this will happen?

On the other hand: Sandy must give something to those that were that loyal to buy restricted shares for 0.00015 and provided him with over a million dollars. He can not just screw them, can he? Can you be that bad?

Damn, if it happens I will join you in Vegas (from Belgium!), but I would first like to see it before I believe it.
